Regulation and Agreement Compliance
Anyone claiming under an Agri-Environment Scheme must meet the requirements of their options within each scheme. Countryside Stewardship Mid Tier actions as well as Sustainable Farming Incentive actions, require up to date soil samples, relevant management plans and appropriate records to ensure compliance and therefore payment.

Many of the common failures in regulation and agreement compliance inspections are environmental or relevant to a lack of record keeping which, in nearly every case has been avoidable. Our Regulation Compliance Delivery Service can be as simple as a desktop overview or we can provide a complete record and regulation compliance overhaul, checking compliance with Agri-Environment scheme requirements and NVZ requirements in the office and on the farm.

Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (NVZ)
NVZs were introduced to reduce nitrogen losses from agricultural land into surface and groundwater.
It is the responsibility of the owner or occupier of land within an NVZ to comply with the rules.
